Are your offerings trauma informed?
Yes. While I am not a licensed therapist, my work is grounded in compassion, grounding practices, emotional safety, and honoring your pace. You are always the authority of your body and your experience.
What makes this space different?
This space isn’t about 'fixing" you, it’s about returning to you. There’s no hierarchy, no pressure to be “better.” Everything here is designed to help you come home to your truth, your body, and your inner knowing with gentleness, presence and curiosity
I never finish programs… how is this different?
This isn’t something you complete, it’s a living resource you return to, with gentle tools that support you at your own pace
How much time does it take?
Most people can spend anywhere from 15–45 minutes per day, but it’s fully self paced and gentle. This is a relationship with self. experiencing this life with you, moment by moment.
