Offerings

This site offers digital courses, programs, memberships, written content, and physical products.

All content is for personal development and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or psychological services.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Google Pay.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Digital Products (including Coming Home)

All digital purchases are non-refundable.

Because digital content is delivered immediately, refunds are not offered except in rare and extreme circumstances decided solely at our discretion. If you believe an error occurred, you may email us at jamiroseee@gmail.com

Physical Products

Physical items may qualify for a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item never arrives

  • The wrong product was shipped

In these cases, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or description of the issue.

Membership & Subscription Policy

When a subscription is canceled:

  • Access continues until the end of the billing period

  • After the billing period ends, access is removed

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time

Access to Digital Programs

Coming Home (One-Time Purchase)

Purchasers receive lifetime access for as long as the program is hosted.

Coming Home (via Subscription)

Subscribers receive access only while the subscription is active.
If the membership ends or payment fails, access ends at the close of the final paid billing cycle.

NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY

(Applies to mentorship sessions, one-on-one calls, group calls, workshops, and future live offerings.)

1:1 Sessions (Mentorship, Inner Garden, Private Calls)

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If you no show or cancel outside 24 hours:

    • A $22 no show fee will be charged.

    • You will have 30 days to reschedule your session.

    • If the no show fee is not paid, the session may not be rescheduled.

Group Calls, Workshops, and Group Containers

Because these are group based offerings, no refunds are provided for missed calls, regardless of reason.

If the call is recorded:

    • You will receive the recording, materials, or replay.

    • No no show fee is charged.

Events Without Recordings

  • If the event is not recorded, attendance is fully optional, but refunds are still not provided for missed calls.

Technical Issues

  • If I experience a technical issue or need to reschedule, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.

  • If you experience technical issues, the normal no show policy applies unless we agree otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All content—including videos, audios, graphics, text, and course materials—is the property of HealingWithLove.
You may not:

  • Share your login

  • Repost course content

  • Resell or distribute materials

Accounts may be revoked for violations.


Community Guidelines

This space is rooted in love, safety, and compassion. Harmful, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Limitation of Liability
